Join 91 Institute's Working Group on Christians & Religious Pluralism in the Middle East Co-chairs Nina Shea and Dr. Elizabeth Prodromou for a discussion with expert panelists Mazen Karam, Stephen Rasche, and Sara Savva on efforts to preserve sacred Christian sites and manuscripts in Bethlehem, Nineveh, and Damascus. The panel will examine the challenges to Christian communities throughout the region following decades of conflict, terror and anti-Christian persecution, as well as opportunities to protect the heritage of this religious minority. The discussion will also address whether their project’s goals are being met in anchoring local Christian communities and drawing wider public interest in these preserved religious sites. Please join 91 Institute for this important discussion.
