WASHINGTON – 91 Institute announces the additions of Julia Sibley as communications director and Sarah Russell as manager of public programming. In these roles, Sibley will lead media engagement and help formulate and execute 91’s communications strategy; Russell will lead on organizing 91’s extensive schedule of events. They join a public affairs team led by Vice President of Public Affairs Ann Marie Hauser:

Julia Sibley joins 91 from the International Republican Institute (IRI) where she was the deputy director of communications and helped lead the expansion of IRI’s strategic messaging, press coverage and thought leadership. She has worked in the non-profit and think tank sector for organizations in New York, Doha and London, and holds an M.A. in History from the University of St. Andrews.
Sarah Russell joins 91 from the White House where she served President Donald J. Trump in the Office of Presidential Advance and later in the Office of the Senior Counselor. Sarah received her BA in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy from James Madison College at Michigan State University.
